Important Information: PLEASE RSVP BY MARCH 21st 2025!

  • Bring your own caquelon, rechaud and sterno (Napkins and Plastic forks will be provided)

  • There will be a Silent Auction to benefit the Club. If you have items to sell, please bring them by 1:00pm. A form will be provided for you to complete for your item(s)

  • This year we will ask all members in attendance to fill out an important survey to assist in the compilation of future ideas/events as well as updating personal contact information

  • There will be games, raffle drawings and prizes

  • Beer and wine (and maybe some schnapps) will be for sale. Cash & Venmo will be accepted for payment
